Opening Hours
Sessions are run at the following times term time only:
Monday to Friday mornings 9.00 am –12.00pm
Monday to Friday afternoons 12.00 pm – 3.30 pm (packed lunch is required)
All day 9.00 am - 3.30 pm (packed lunch is required)
Early drop off from 8.30 am , there is a charge of £2.50 for this service.
Ideally a minimum of 3 sessions is required per week

Fees
Morning Session (3 hours) £16.50
Afternoon session (3 hours 30 mins) £19.25
All Day (6 hours 30 mins) £35.75
Fees are payable half-termly in advance via bank transfer, childcare vouchers. There is no refund for absence due to illness or holidays. 4 weeks notice is required if leaving pre-school.
Sustainability Fee associated with funded places
“Government funding is intended to deliver 15 or 30 hours per week of funded grant hours, for high
quality , flexible childcare. It is not intended to cover the cost of snacks, extra optional activities such as events, celebrations e.t.c
.” Therefore we charge £1.00 per session ( a full day counts as 2 sessions)
for those receiving government funding.
Government Grant
The term after
your child is 3 years old (cut off point at Easter is 31st March) they will be entitled to receive the government grant of 15 hours. Our administrator will provide the relevant paperwork for this entitlement.
We also take the 2 year old entitlement for those who are eligible, and if there are available space. From April 2024 (the term after
your child is 2) maybe entitled to 15 hours government funding. Please refer to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to check your eligibility.

You can use your hours at up to two different providers per day, and hours can be accepted at a variety of childcare providers, including nurseries, childminders, and preschools.
