What is a Key Person?
This is a member of staff who is of prime importance to your child acting as a link between home and pre-school. They work closely with your child encouraging and nurturing them during their day at pre-school. Times are planned within the session for your child to work as part of a small group with their key worker. Your child’s needs and capabilities will be observed and this information will highlight how the Key Person will support and challenge them in the future.
When will I get feedback relating to my child ?
Informal, verbal feedback will happen after most if not all sessions. In addition we have parent "play and stay" sessions, where parents are invited to a drop in session to see their child play and chat with their Key Person to celebrate their child's progress.
